Objective...not to eat out as much. This will be hard as I have two outings, but at least it's a start.
Monday: Steak fajitas
Tuesday: Chicken burgers and veggies for the kids and hubby, I'll be having a dinner meeting and will make a healthy choice and not my favorite, the Legendary Platter, from White Spot.
Wednesday: chicken, roasted potatos, steamed veggies
Thursday: spicy mongolian beef, basmati rice, steamed frozen veggies (I need to remember to marinate the steak thursday...this is a new recipe made with flank steak that I haven't tried before.)
Friday: Sticky chicky, tortellini with alfredo, big salad. We live in Vancouver and this is opening ceremonies night for the 2010 olympics. We are going to have a big dinner with the best chicken wings ever, and some other appies. The tortellini/alfredo is mainly for the rest of the family. I don't eat a whole lot of it.
Saturday: repeat of chicken burgers for the kids. We have a date! Going out to eat!
