I give myself a 50% for the week. I can do better, but I'm not going to beat myself up for that.
The good news? Stuck to the dinner plan every day but Thursday, when we ordered pizza. That was my husbands cooking night.
I didn't work out this week. Not once.
I ate a lot of junk food. Nighttime. Munchies. I have got to find something better to do with my time at night.
Yesterday I started painting my bathroom, a chocolate brown, hoping to get the vanity and trim. painted white this week as well.
Meals for the week:
Monday: spicy mongolian beef, steamed basmati rice, veggie (still have all of the ingredients)
Tuesday: chicken, baked potato, steamed veggies
Wednesday: (soccer night) tacos
Thursday: spaghetti, salad
Friday: chicken burgers, salad
Exercise plan: two good workouts in
Also work on coming up with a schedule and strategy regarding night time snacking.
On a side note, I live right outside of Vancouver, BC.
I am especially proud to be Canadian right now.
